TQM represents Chinese manufacturing and is a leading domestic and international manufacturer of high-end automotive dies, inspection fixtures, and jigs, with extremely demanding requirements for machining precision, efficiency, and stability. As an advanced German CAD/CAM developer and intelligent solution provider, Tebis offers high-end software, intelligent tool databases, and modular technologies that significantly optimize manufacturing processes—perfectly aligning with TQM's needs for high-precision and safe production. Having collaborated for over 15 years, the two parties have built strong rapport and deep trust. The establishment of this institute is no coincidence, but the inevitable outcome of long-term philosophical alignment, complementary technologies, and shared goals.
Mr. Gao Xianchen, Board Director and Executive Deputy General Manager of TQM Group stated that the institute serves as a core pillar of its digital transformation and will continuously empower key technology breakthroughs and intelligent manufacturing upgrades.

Mr. Julian Odeh, Executive Director of Tebis China noted that the ceremony further consolidated the strategic partnership; the institute will not only help broaden knowledge within TQM and provide young talent with opportunities to learn Tebis and engage in production practice, but also aims to promote high-level application across Tianjin, benefiting the broader industrial ecosystem.

Mr. Zhang Haitao, Head of TQM Manufacturing Process Department, spoke as the frontline technical leader. He noted that Tebis software has been deeply integrated into TQM's precision machining workflows, playing an important role in critical processes such as die surface finishing and multi-axis machining of complex automotive dies. The establishment of the institute means the process engineering team will receive more systematic technical training and knowledge consolidation, helping transform years of accumulated shop-floor expertise into standardized manufacturing protocols—truly achieving "quality through intelligence, efficiency through digitization."

Following this, Mr. Xu Xiaoning, Deputy General Manager of Jingpin Machinery Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of the partner. He pointed out that as a key local service supporter for Tebis in TQM, Jingpin Machinery has walked alongside TQM for many years and understands the urgent need for digital transformation in the high-end die industry. The launch of this institute not only reflects the strategic upgrade between TQM and Tebis, but also marks a critical node in building Tianjin's intelligent manufacturing ecosystem. Jingpin Machinery will continue to provide localized technical support and talent training, looking forward to trilateral collaboration that allows more regional enterprises to share the technical benefits of this Sino-German partnership.

During the ceremony, leaders from both sides expressed high expectations for the future. The institute will integrate the technical strengths, application scenarios, and industrial resources of both parties, focusing on core areas to drive product innovation and industry upgrading, build an integrated intelligent manufacturing platform, and create long-term value. Its roadmap centers on three pillars—core technologies, application expertise, and scenario implementation: achieving core technology training in the short term, breakthroughs in key technologies in the medium term, and the establishment of industry standards and ecosystem barriers in the long term, thereby empowering high-quality industrial development through technological strength.

Looking ahead, TQM and Tebis will use the institute as a foundation to deepen Sino-German cooperation. Driven by shared needs for industrial upgrading and technological innovation, both parties will integrate resource advantages, leverage their respective strengths, and set a new milestone in China-Germany smart manufacturing collaboration. They also hope to give back to the market and society through innovative achievements, facilitating the digital and intelligent transformation of China's automotive die industry, and continuously creating greater value on this new journey.
